PLASTIC BAGS BAN

On 28th of December 2018, Slovenians heard some exciting news. Our government decided that all plastic bags in stores need to be paid for!  This was great news because we have to start saving our planet now and not in 10 years, when it’s too late. I think it’s a great way of making people aware of how important recycling plastic bags is.
Most people are already supporting complete ban of plastic bags, except the ones we use to put our fruit in because the’re necessary. But if, in the future, we will be able to find an alternative for them, we will completely ban them too.

It turns out it was quite a lot, because not a single pair could finish in a 15 minute slot...so much to talk about! It was a great opportunity to show everyone how much work and effort we put into it and that it pays off to participate in the project!  We will see what the future brings! Let's hope we will get another project!
