Finalizing Gifts for Module 4 Meeting in May

At ISC we started planning some gifts to give for the guests at our Module 4 meeting in May. Since our Module is Ecology, we decided to think of eco-friendly gifts, such as bamboo products, wood materials, etc..

Below you can find a list of our initial ideas for the gifts which we brainstormed as a group.

Small wooden cube containing seeds

Bag made of Eco-friendly materials
Pens
Bracelets made of recycled plastic
t-shirts

After we brainstormed our ideas, we finalized them in order to order them right away and prepare them for the meeting in May.

Action and Service Reflection May 2019- Austria

Undertake challenges that develop new skills The Erasmus+ Connected with the Environment Group basically focuses on collaborating and interacting with 4 other schools around Europe. It is a way to bring students together (with different cultural backgrounds and traditions) and challenge them in grouping with the other members, working effectively with one another and learning from each other through different ways. This is done through the different meetings which are organized for each of the four modules which every group from each school has to accomplish different objectives which might include: raising awareness, taking action, gathering data, researching, investigating and many more depending on the module itself and the specific objective that the student has decided to work on. GTI Event in Carinthia happening in Module 4 Meeting - iSC

This event happens every year around the end of May, in which people from all around Europe come to visit Carinthia (especially Velden, near the lake of the Worthersee, close to our school) for a meeting of GTI Golf Volkswagen. Basically, people (mostly youth) who own a Volkswagen Golf take part in this wordwide best-known GTI meeting, in which GTI fans are welcomed with a spectacular programme and accompanied events to celebrate this event. Conclusion On Netiquette

For the Erasmus 2018~2019 project, we made two posters about internet etiquette “Netiquette”. We made two of them, because we are an international and national school, which is why we created them in two languages, Slovene and English. The top three rules that we found, and thought were the most important are: 1. Do not reveal your personal data, choose your password wisely and make it complicated. 2. If you wont say it in real life, do not say it online. 3. Think twice before posting a picture, because anyone can see it. In conclusion, by making these posters, we learned from them that you should be careful with social media. Especially, how you behave and what you post.
